The dates of internship of all the students who will do internship; Occupational Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance will be done by our university. Therefore;
The steps required for the internship of our faculty students are listed below. In order for internships to be valid, they should be read carefully and fulfilled.
Internship applications;
All of our students will be informed about the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Sciences Student Internship and Internship Documents from our Faculty web site and will read them carefully and fill in the forms.
1– Students must make an internship application by completing the Annex 1- Internship Application Form. (It is required that the personnel with professional training in charge of the Institution / Enterprise that you will undertake your internship must be working.)
2-The approval received from the institution / business (ANNEX-1) must be submitted to the date specified by the Internship Commission. Section Internship Commission by checking the location of the internship malı PART STAGE COMMISSION APPROVAL is should be taken (Annex: 5-Internship Place Acceptance Form). Thus, the student is accepted to do an internship.
3-Internship to be done in the Institution / Administration and students with definite internship dates, applying for the job of the student to make insurance transactions and preparation of internship documents, fill out the forms and documents below, and sign the required places should be submitted to the Student Affairs.

(Provision shall be made directly through the https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/spas-mustahaklik-sorgul address through e-government. Must have your password e-government (e-government can get the password from PTT.))
4- Students completing the above procedures must take the necessary documents (Internship Book, ANNEX 2-Internship Evaluation Form to be submitted to the Closed Envelope) and ANNEX 4- Certificate of Appreciation)which are required to be submitted to the Internship Book from the student affairs before the Internship Start Date.
5-Internship Students start the internship on the specified day and deliver the required documents to the Authority in the Institution.
6– Internship students must prepare the internship diary on a daily basis.
7– Student; The Internship Book is submitted to the Internship Evaluation Form (ANNEX 2) and the Internship Commission that are completed by the Internship Workplace Officer and given in a closed and approved envelope in the Fall Semester registration week.

* You can do an internship on completion dates. You can start your internship immediately after the final exams.
* Internship Obligation Certificate (If you want the company can get the Department Secretary.)
* Those who require internship insurance certificate, you can download the required documents by clicking on the text (you can get the documents 5 days after you have approved your internship).

* If you do not understand internship, read the presentation presentation before and after the Internship. Do not come to ask questions without reading the presentation!
* You can fill in your internship notebook with handwriting or computer output.
