Basic objectives of field crop department: cereals, edible grain legumes, industrial crops, meadow-pasture and forage crops cultivation; conducting education and research on plant and postharvest physiology, classical plant breeding and field crops biotechnology; planning and executing qualified researches to identify and solve current problems in the sector; to cooperate with other public institutions and private sector.
