Eco-Biotechnology Laboratory, which was the first laboratory in the scope of Biotechnology Application and Research Center, was established within the scope of an infrastructure project supported by Bursa-Eskişehir-Bilecik Development Agency with TR41 / 15 / KK02 / 0001 code executed between 28.08.2015-28.04.2016, the physical infrastructure with the devices purchased with the budget has been completed and ready for scientific work.
Isolation of secondary metabolites from medicinal aromatic plants in the ECO-Biotechnology Laboratory; allelopathic effects of the obtained secondary metabolites on germination and seedling development on other plants are determined; spectrophotometric measurements of some enzymes in plants are made; effects of abiotic stress factors on seed germination and seedling growth parameters are revealed; In addition, studies on molecular level are carried out on plants subjected to abiotic stress.
