In order to improve and improve the competence of the research staff, our Action Plans for MS, MS, and Research Assistants and Faculty Members have been established and improvements are made in this context.

The method of measuring the adequacy and effectiveness of incentives and evaluating the results; The sustainability of the research infrastructure is ensured through the BAP unit with the incentives applied to the EU and TUBITAK projects with an additional budget.
