Despite its short history, the Department of Mechanical Engineering has created its substructure to a large extent. Thus, it has developed rapidly and become one of the most powerful departments of the Faculty of Engineering. Our Department includes Thermodynamics, Energy, Machine Theory-Dynamics, Construction-Manufacturing, and Mechanics disciplines. Our students also have the opportunity to perform career planning activities through the Student Clubs, the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and the Technology Transfer Office. Our students who prefer the Department from the neighboring cities will not be bored in Bilecik because our university is located on the Bilecik-Istanbul highway, 3 km from the city center. There is continuous transportation opportunity from the center to the campus. In addition, the proximity of Bilecik to other cities is also extremely important in terms of transportation. High-speed train and Bursa-Yenişehir Airport, which is 30 km away, are other transport opportunities.
