The physical / technical infrastructure and financial resources of the unit are sufficient to carry out activities within the scope of research priorities. The criteria for the allocation of internal resources to research activities have been determined by the Faculty Administrative Board. These criteria are changed by the Faculty Administrative Board when needed. In research activities, priorities for in-unit resource allocation are compliance with the unit’s research priorities, basic research, applied research, and experimental development. Priority areas include: fruit, vegetable and vineyard breeding, development of cultivation techniques, irrigation, tissue culture and modern biotechnology.
