In order to maintain the professional development of the faculty and to improve the teaching skills, our university has the Coordinator of Scientific Support Fund (BIDEK) and Scientific Research Support Coordination Office. The academic staff are encouraged to publish and participate in national and international conferences in order to improve their competencies. The Scientific Research Projects Preparation, Evaluation and Implementation Directive of Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University encourages the participation of all faculty members and encourages new publications. Within the scope of Erasmus teaching mobility, it is aimed to help the academic staff to reach the appropriate opportunities for academic and technical staff to have training and work experience.
3.4.1. Decision Methods
The levels of achievement of these competencies of the research staff are evaluated by analyzing the faculty members at the reassignment periods and activity reports. When making decisions, the criteria specified in the following guidelines are taken into account;

3.4.2. Incentive Measurements
Incentive measurements are carried out on the scoring system determined by the relevant regulations in the scientific activity reports.
