Abstract Submission Deadline: 10 JUNE 2019
The rules to be followed when writing abstracts are given in the “Sample Paper Summary Form” attached below. By following these rules, you must send your abstracts by entering the name surname (For example: isim_soyisim.doc) to “adimfizik8@gmail.com”
Each participant submitting a summary must also register for the congress. Please also complete the Participation Form at the bottom of the Application tab on the web page and register the congress.
Oral Presentation
The presentation is of approximately 15 minutes
and 5 minutes are reserved for questions.

Poster Presentation
- Posters should be prepared in maximum 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) Click here to download Poster Presentation Template
- The posters must be displayed on the date, time and place reported by the Organizing Committee according to the given number.
- The person presenting the poster should be present at the beginning of the presentation day poster.
- The materials required for the hanging of the posters will be provided by the staff in the poster area.
Important Note: The person who will present the abstract must submit the abstract. The Invitation Letter, Name Badge, Certificate which will be prepared for the announcement will be prepared only for the person who uploaded the certificate and the second, third etc. people will not be prepared. Other persons preparing the notification should register as a Listener if they are not going to present another statement.
